Me and my family went today for a Christmas get together and we weren’t disappointed. I had the salt and chill pork bites which wer delic then I went for the salmon and again was very nice and for desert I had the malteaser cheesecake. Lovely family restaurant and we’ll definitely be back.

Food was great generous portions, staff were great especially the lady who served us there was a guy singing who was great and the atmosphere was great too.

On recommendations through trip advisor we ate here today. Outside of building did definitely not reflect the amazing food we were served. We all had different meals and all were very satisfied. Would recommend this eatery.

Lovely old bar with neat upstairs restaurant. I had the roast dinner which had the worlds biggest Yorkshire pudding, one course was more than enough. The seabass was perfectly cooked. Finished with apple crumble and custard, like being in your mum's.

Had the best Steak night ever, steak cooked to perfection, beautiful meal throughout, starters and mains. Dave the crew chef was amazing, choice for coeliac was fabulous. Staff so lovely, atmosphere great. Best restaurant in Bangor.

Had a fish and chips with my mum for lunch. Friendly staff as always with good food.

We have been coming to Donegans for years as a family food has always been fantastic, we did have a concern when Grayso left the food would not be the same however David has continued with providing excellent food with some new specials, service wise yes we like most miss Ivan however Carol provides excellent service, nothing is ever too much bother it is a pleasure to be served by her always goes the extra mile with my elderly mum.

Best Sunday lunch

My go to restaurant when I go home. Love the food prepared by an excellent chef. The staff are always happy to provide assistance and the atmosphere is homely.
